D2H Smart+ service is a service which gives D2H customers access to OTT content (via 6 apps on Watcho platform) in addition to their TV content, at no extra cost. It provides convenience, flexibility and enhanced entertainment options, allowing customers to improve their viewing experience.
The basic eligibility for the service is:
- The subscriber should have an active D2H account
- D2H monthly pack value should be Rs.200 or more
To confirm your eligibility, simply log in on this page as an existing customer.
Non- D2H customers can also purchase a new connection with great offers and get the D2H Smart+ service.
You can check your eligibility for D2H Smart+ service by logging into your account with your registered mobile number on the D2H website or app. Eligibility may vary depending on your subscription plan and other factors.

To avail of D2H Smart+ service benefits, you need to be on an active monthly D2H subscription plan of Rs. 200 or more or purchase a new D2H connection if not already a customer (Refer Eligibility criteria and check explained above). To avail the benefits,
- Confirm your eligibility by following the steps on this page- log in as an existing customer
- Customise your Watcho Smart+ plan for OTT apps as shown above and submit the selection.
- Next, download the Watcho app from the iOS app Store (for Apple iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices), log in with your D2H registered mobile number and start enjoying the content from your chosen OTT apps.
- As a new customer, simply follow the purchase journey to buy a new connection of D2H and once you have an active connective, follow the steps above to access the Watcho app and OTT content on it.
D2H Smart+ service is available for both new and existing D2H customers. New customers need to select the option of "I am a new customer" on this page, follow the steps to easily purchase a new connection with great offers. D2H Smart+ service will be available to these customers once their new connection is activated. They can then access their choice of OTT apps by logging into the Watcho app with their D2H registered mobile number.

Anytime the pack value of the subscriber goes below Rs.200, D2H Smart+ service will be deactivated. However, subscriber can claim the same if the pack is upgraded to Rs.200 and above again.
